McDonald's Deception Bay

Ordered 5 meals and two coffee's. .got 4 meals minus two hash brown orders and no 5th burger..when everyone else was finished and we were ready to leave ..they said it was ready when I asked for a refund..really not good enough. .told them when I ordered I was in a hurry. No sorry given but opened a drawer and slammed the food into it..guessing it was a bin. Dissatisfied.

One star is being generous. Don't even bother with this store. Can never ever get an order right. Ask for chicken and get beef, ask for double and get single. Still charge you for the more expensive stuff then give you something completely different. Eye rolls and attitude all around when asked for what you actually ordered. Seriously disappointing customer service. How is this place still open and running?

Worst Mcdonalds there is. Dont even bother. It just took 26 minutes for me to get 2 apple pies and a frozen drink. Last time they forgot half my order. Every single time is a problem im never going back there. Over it!
